What are the office hours?
Our Comtech office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Storage units are accessible seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please note that our UNCP location is an unmanned facility. If you need assistance, our Customer Care team is available at (910) 994-3271.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit daily from 7 am to 7 pm.
What security features do you offer?
Our security features include 24-hour video surveillance, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
Am I required to store long-term?
No, you are not required to store long-term. We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. You can store with us short or long term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
To rent a storage unit, you need a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
You are not allowed to store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids in your self storage unit.
